A talk presented by Dr. Eira Klich-Heartt RN, ANS and Laurie Schmiesing RN, MS, ANS. This talk was originally given at the American Holistic Association conference in June of 2017. It is designed to introduce the concepts of Anthroposophic Nursing Care to all interested nurses. However, because it includes background on nursing theory popular in our day, it is also well-suited for those already well-versed in Anthroposophy or Anthroposophic Nursing, as a way to understand how our training fits into a wider understanding of holistic nursing as conceived today by nurse scholars and practitioners.
